- **Anonymous**: "The listing was not 100% clear. From the first photo, it looks like there are 2 townhomes on the property and we thought we rented one. Turns out there are 4 units (upstairs and downstairs are separate units for each townhome). Also, when we arrived, another guest was parked in our designated spot. We texted the number given but never got a direct response and had to resolve the issue on our own.  Pros: Lots of towels, and plenty of beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, boogie boards. Steps away from the beach and Newport Ave (although walking there, you’ll encounter more homelessness). Wednesday farmers market was a pleasant surprise and lots of local foods to buy. Cons: there are a lot of homeless camping in their tents or sleeping in their cars right in front of the home. Police came multiple times to arrest and ask cars to move. Lots of dog waste on sidewalks. 

Overall, the house was really clean inside and the location was nice as its step from the beach." (8/5)
