Make sure you are provided the gate code AND the house code.  We only had one, but they responded immediately and cleared it up.

Only hiccup we had, and ABSOLUTELY no fault of property owners.  The weekend we were there, there was a surfing competition going on.  The parking on the streets surrounding the house was completely occupied by surfers literally sleeping in their cars while they were there.  We would go outside to walk to the beach early or sit outside the unit and they were not happy with us having conversations while they were trying to sleep in their cars.  Annoying, but nothing that took away from our experience there. We would come back for sure!" (10/5)

The location is right next to the beach and near the main high street with bars, restaurants and amenities.
Because of this place, I have fallen for OB (Ocean Beach). 

Host was extremely communicative and positive. Made me feel very welcome.
