• As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID.  Your comfort and security are important to us.
• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.

- **Anonymous**: "We had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as pictured, and the host was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our trip. The house was clean, in an excellent location, and comfortably accommodated our entire family.

The only minor drawback—and it’s fairly typical for San Diego—was the garage access. The alley leading to the garage is very narrow, and the garage itself is also quite tight, making it a challenge to get into, out of, and park in the garage. I have a small car and still had to fold in my mirrors to fit inside. It’s definitely something future guests, especially those with larger vehicles or SUVs, should keep in mind.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely stay here again!" (10/5)
