However, please note contained honeybee hives are present, and due to the abundance of flowers and trees, those with bee allergies should reconsider. The yard is not fenced, and the property features multiple water elements, including serene ponds with self-sustaining fish. • Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
