• Parking: 1 space in garage. Parking anywhere near the beach can be challenging so we are happy to offer a long tandem garage for offstreet parking. Please note the garage dimensions are 9'3" wide x 8' tall and will accommodate a mid size SUV or two compact cars tandem. Please see picture for size reference.
• Pets permitted with approval and $150 fee per pet.  
• Smoking and events/parties are not permitted. 
• Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras.
• As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID.  Your comfort and security are important to us.
• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.

It was a little tight fit but it went so deep I’m pretty sure you could fit two cars in there and it had a bunch of beach chairs, a couple bicycles and other supplies. When we walked into the house it continued to impress. The kitchen was beautiful and spotless. It included a 20 + foot island and all the cooking utensils you could possibly need. I stayed in the master bedroom which had its own bathroom and shower and a large walk-in closet; And a large TV. My brother was a little jealous because the other queen bedroom did not have a TV, that is one little suggestion. The front outside area was spectacular too! It has seating for a large group, a clean grill, an outside shower area for washing sand, and the best part it has a small park right out front which my dog loved. The only thing I would criticize is the Wifi was slow and always buffering during movies. I had to use my phone hotspot several times to stream stuff." (10/5)

The location couldn’t have been better everything was walkable, including a Starbucks just two blocks away. We loved being nestled between the ocean and the bay, giving us the best of both worlds.

The property itself was beautiful, with high-end finishes, comfortable furnishings, and such a cool, welcoming vibe. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and after long days exploring, it truly felt like coming home.

The management team was responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. They made everything seamless from start to finish.

One thing to note: our Denali was a bit too large for the designated parking, but we easily found a nearby parking garage in Pacific Beach for the weekend, and it wasn’t an issue at all.
