The Space

A cozy nook serves as the perfect spot for a meal or to catch up on emails at the dedicated workspace. After a day of exploring, unwind on your private outdoor patio and soak up the California sun. For your entertainment and comfort, the studio includes a Smart TV, free high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heat.


Important Information

Flight Path: Please note that our home, like many in this central downtown area, is located under the airport flight path. While you may hear air traffic, departures are prohibited between 11:30 PM and 6:30 AM.

Upstairs Unit: The studio is a completely private and separate unit on the ground floor. There is a rental in the unit upstairs.

The studio is on a cul-de-sac with plenty of free street parking. Residing in Little Italy, you can walk most places. The trolley is walking distance as well. Scooters and rideshare vehicles are always available.

• Please be aware that this home, like many downtown residences, is under the airport flight path. You may experience aircraft noise. To ensure a peaceful night, departures are prohibited from 11:30 p.m. until 6:30 a.m.
• 2 night minimum stay.
• Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.

• Smoking, pets and events/parties are not permitted.
• Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax
• As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.

After a long travel day the key pad code provided did not work to disengage the door lock. We called the hosts help line and multiple codes were provided but none worked. In addition, the master lock key pad was getting stuck half way and did not work to get the emergency key out of the box. The gentlemen helping us on the help line suggested my guest and I get a hotel after many unsuccessful attempts and him not being able to get ahold of management or maintenance. The next morning we were finally let into the property after they provided us with a new master lock key. 

We were offered a refund by the owners, but unfortunately it wasn’t even half of what we had to pay for the hotel that we booked last minute. After contacting Airbnb customer service, we were refunded enough to cover the additional expenses we incurred." (4/5)

I assumed the space was larger for the price point. If it’s a short stay I would say it is good value but if you are staying long term I would recommend a larger space" (6/5)

La ubicación es muy buena, esta muy cercana de varias zonas turísticas de la ciudad, la limpieza del lugar es excelente, y lo mas importante a destacar es la atención por parte del anfitrión. Sin embargo, también me gustaría compartirles los detalles no tan agradable; en primer lugar se encuentra muy cercano al aeropuerto por lo cual es  muy constante escuchar el ruido emitido por los aviones al aterrizar , sabíamos de esto por comentarios anteriores, pero no dimensionamos el nivel de ruido generado. Los aviones pasan tan cerca que si estas en la banqueta puedes ver los orificios de donde sale el tren de aterrizaje, al final te acostumbras un poco. En segundo lugar, si tu viaje es en auto como el que realizamos nosotros, puedes estacionar tu vehículo en la calle, en cuanto a seguridad no tuvimos ningún problema, el detalle es que mucha gente estaciona sus autos en la calle,  por lo que puede ser un problema econtrar lugares libres a ciertas horas del día.
