• Events/parties and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. 
• Pets ok with prior approval and $150 fee per pet.

• Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras.

When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. There is some road noise that can be heard from the bedroom, but a sound machine is provided and so that was helpful. the parking space is tight for our minivan but it was workable. The place could use a really good deep clean, but overall is fairly clean. We loved the deck space! would be nice if there was a hose we spray the deck off with, but the kids loved playing out there!
