When we arrived, the house was unlocked, which immediately made us uncomfortable traveling with three young children. There were personal belongings throughout the property, including family photos, personal mail, clothing and items in closets, a vehicle and storage in the garage, cat litter, and multiple signs that the owner was actively living there.

Even the TVs were still logged into the family’s personal Netflix accounts. It created a very uncomfortable feeling, like we were staying in someone’s private space rather than a properly prepared rental.

The neighborhood also did not feel safe or aligned with the premium pricing we paid. We ultimately decided to leave that same night around 10 PM because we did not feel comforta" (2/5)
