When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. Overall the house feels a bit weathered and worn; many of the bathroom sinks drain very slowly (or not at all), one of the toilets had the flusher dangling off the side, the patio umbrella is barely hanging on, the curtain rods in the master bedroom fall down if you aren't careful, etc.
