The Home:
Step through the handcrafted wooden front door into a grand entryway that opens to two distinct sitting areas. One, an elegant music lounge with a baby grand piano, cozy gas fireplace, and floor-to-ceiling windows framing stunning ocean views -the perfect backdrop for a sunset serenade. The second offers a more intimate setting near the dining room, ideal for reading or quality time with loved ones.

Dining & Entertaining:
The formal dining room seats 10 and sets the stage for unforgettable dinner parties or holiday feasts. Continue into a cozy living room with a large TV and plush seating -perfect for movie nights or casual lounging. Your comfort and security are important to us. Pool heating is available for $150/day in summer (June–August) and $250/day in winter (September–May). The target temperature is 80–85°F, though slight fluctuations may occur due to weather conditions. Fees are non-refundable once heating is activated.
