But three big flaws keep me from giving this house a good rating. First, the smell of cats in the largest bedroom is overwhelming. All of the plug-in wall air fresheners were out of fluid and it became quite intolerable sleeping in that bedroom. Second, the house had a drinking water filtration unit in the kitchen which is completely infested with mold. The smell of mildew was evident as soon as I opened the valve. It wasn't great to discover that previous tenants had used that water for the coffee maker and it was also mildewy smelling. Third, the dishwasher leaked all over the floor the first time we ran it. Thankfully, the property manager had someone out the next day to fix it. Lastly, the third bed's sheets were not clean (grit/sand). Gross and inconvenient."
