Embark on a delightful 12-minute coastal walk to Children's Pool. This small beach, partially protected by a seawall, is a popular destination for scuba divers due to the reefs just offshore. It's also a favorite viewing area for harbor seals, who haul out on the beach to rest year-round. Please note that the Children's Pool Beach is closed to public access during harbor seal pupping season, from December 15 through May 15 annually.

Last but certainly not least, an 18-minute walk along the stunning coastal trail will lead you to La Jolla Shores. This beach offers something for everyone, from swimming, surfing, and snorkeling to kayaking or simply relaxing on the soft sand. • Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. Please provide information such as Breed, size and age of the pet. Owner will confirm if allowed and what the fee will be.
• Guests will have access to garage 5-8 parking spaces, as well as a gated driveway.
• Trash service: The porter will open the garage every Friday morning to take the trash out to the curb and return it inside after service.
• We would like to inform potential guests that this vacation rental is situated near the delightful seals of La Jolla Cove. While their presence adds to the charm of the location, it's important to note that this might occasionally result in a natural, oceanic aroma.
• As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.
• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
