• Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. 
• There is planned construction in the upstairs unit from March through the end of July 2026, which may result in occasional daytime noise or disruption. To account for this, the home is being offered at a significantly reduced rate during this period. While we will do our best to keep you informed of any major updates, please note that additional compensation will not be provided for construction-related disturbances during these dates.
• Parking: There are 2 dedicated garage parking spots in a shared garage. 
• Boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, plus a cart to carry it all are available for guests to use in the shed 
   in the garage. 
• Pets, smoking and events/parties are not permitted.  
• Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax  
• Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras.
• As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID.  Your comfort and security are important to us.
• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
