Brand new construction, rebuilt and modernized from the studs in a quintessential Spanish Mediterranean style in the coveted Point Loma neighborhood. Drive up to this beautiful architectural home and step through custom iron doors into a bright foyer leading to the main living room, kitchen, and dining area. Expansive windows showcase sweeping views of downtown San Diego, the harbor, and ocean from all front-facing rooms.
On the first floor, you’ll find a second living area designed as a game/TV room with a sleeper sofa and blackout curtains for privacy. Adjacent is a beautifully decorated bedroom with its own full en suite bathroom.
Upstairs, the bunk room offers a fun spot for kids (but is spacious enough for adults), while another bedroom enjoys sweeping views. A coffee/wet bar leads to the spacious master suite featuring a double-sink bathroom, makeup vanity, walk-in closet, and private lanai — perfect for sipping morning coffee while soaking in the views.
The backyard is the highlight: a beautifully landscaped oasis with multiple lounging areas, a large pool, brand-new above-ground spa, BBQ with bar seating, and space for lawn games. Designed for both relaxation and fun, it’s a place you may never want to leave.
Ample driveway parking is available, with 2 car garage space.
A whole-home water filtration system ensures clean, high-quality drinking water at all times, offering both convenience and a more sustainable stay.

Walk or bike anywhere in the immediate and surrounding neighborhood or take a short drive to the beach! You are in an ideal locale, close to the coastline, parks, shops, dining, and activities.

• 2-night minimum stay • No Smoking • Guests ages 25+ unless family groups • Parking: garage access and street parking available for guests • Pets may be permitted with prior approval and a fee of $150 • Events/parties are not permitted and strictly enforced • Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax 
- Pool Heat Fee: Pool heating is available for $150/day in summer (June–August) and $250/day in winter (September–May). The target temperature is 80–85°F, though slight fluctuations may occur due to weather conditions. Fees are non-refundable once heating is activated.

Definition of a Party or Event
A party or event is defined as any gathering where the total number of people on the property exceeds the number of booked guests plus four (4) approved visitors, as outlined in the Maximum Occupancy & Visitors section below.
Violation Fee: Up to $1,500 per occurrence.

Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
• The following are not permitted at any time without prior written approval:

Bachelor, bachelorette, and birthday celebrations are welcome provided they remain small, respectful, and fully comply with all Terms & Conditions, occupancy limits, and noise regulations.
• Personal chefs, outdoor catering, and hibachi grill services must be approved by the Host at least three (3) days prior to check-in.

Guests agree to comply with the City of San Diego's Noise Ordinance, which requires quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• During quiet hours:
No outdoor music is permitted.
Please keep conversations at a respectful volume, as sound travels farther at night.
Lower the volume of any indoor or patio televisions.
Keep patio doors, windows, and curtains closed whenever possible to minimize noise.
If excessive noise is reported, neighbors may contact the Airbnb Community Disturbance Hotline and/or local law enforcement.
• At the Host's sole discretion, depending on the severity of the disturbance, violations may result in:
A service fee of up to $1,500 per occurrence;
Immediate termination of the reservation without refund; and/or
Removal of all guests and visitors from the property.
• Maximum Occupancy & Visitors
Overnight Occupancy
Only the number of guests included on the reservation may remain on the property between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Daytime Visitors
A maximum of four (4) visitors who are not included on the reservation may be present at the property between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM, provided all other house rules are followed.
The total number of people on the property may never exceed the number of booked guests plus four (4) visitors unless prior written approval has been provided by the Host.
• Occupancy Violation Fee
Guests exceeding the permitted occupancy or visitor limits will be charged a fee of $500 per person, per day and/or per night for each individual over the approved occupancy limits.
