The kitchen with breakfast bar seating is fully-equipped with all appliances, gas stove, and necessities one could need on vacation. All 3 bedrooms have great natural light and a cozy feel. The king bedroom features bay windows, mirrored closet doors, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and desk area. The other guest bedroom includes 2 queen beds with ceiling fan and flat screen TV and leads into the large, walk-in closet. The double bed room is dreamy with a charming door that leads to the backyard.  The last sleeping space is the 1 queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Discover two renovated bathrooms in this residence: the hallway one features a shower with a bench, while the second bathroom, en-suite in the queen bedroom, captivates with a luxurious soaking tub and a new shower boasting three heads, including a refreshing rainfall option. Everything is crisp and clean - ready for guests! In addition to enjoying the front yard area, you will appreciate the relaxing backyard with tropical landscaping, quaint bistro table seating and BBQ! For your ultimate convenience, there is laundry in the garage, plus you have access to the 2-car garage for parking.

- This 3 bedroom home can be rented separately or as part of a compound. The entire property encompassing all three units may be rented as a compound accommodating up to 22 guests.   The back patio is shared with the other two units. The garage is for this unit only and also has the washer/dryer inside of it (not connected to home). Pets ok with permission, and $150 + tax fee per pet. As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID.  Your comfort and security are important to us.
• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
