The wonderful outdoor space includes a spacious deck with a BBQ grill and the option for dining al fresco under the palapa. You'll find a large table and seating for up to eight people - the perfect spot for hosting cookouts and enjoying the fresh air and glowing sunsets. The open yard right below the deck provides additional space for outdoor activities. The delightful front porch features a cozy sitting area as well. - **Anonymous**: "Overall good place. Location is amazing. Walkable to beach and shops/restaurants. Neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. 

Cons: 

-Shared backyard. Description said that it was shared with one other unit. And that did not seem accurate. Seems like several units use the backyard. If people are in the back be prepared to hear them even with windows closed if you’re in the back room or kitchen. 

-twin beds are not comfortable at all. 

-flood light near driveway is extremely bright and keeps you up if your in the room with the king. 

-minor maintenance things need to be addressed like patched wall in the room with twin beds. Washer needs to be cleaned around outer seal edge. Trash can in hallway bath doesn’t work well if you’re using the step to open. Doors knobs for backyard and front door are really hard to open. Webs on porch need to be cleaned. 

-TV in living room is horrible. Kept disconnecting from internet. Never got it to work. We just watched tv in the other rooms." (8/5)
