- **Anonymous**: "Beautiful home, pristine ocean views. Fire pit had no propane, and hot tub was dirty. Management ignored our requests to remedy. On the last night of their stay a branded management company truck no coed us in our driveway for hours. We assumed they were there to finally clean hot tub and replace empty propane tank. But alas, it was an employee who just parked their truck in our way so they could get free parking and took his wife to dinner at a nearby restaurant. When they finally returned to the vehicle at 8-9pm (our last night) they realized they hadn’t been responsive and he did go get a propane tank. He had a hard time installing it, and joked that he had too many beers at dinner. So me and my son helped him install the tank. He and the management team tried to gaslight us in the Airbnb chat that we didn’t notify them of problems. The ceo of NXT Clint, offered to call me to address but never followed through." (6/5)
