The home was clean when we arrived, and the hot tub was definitely a highlight. However, we experienced several maintenance issues throughout our stay. The air conditioning was broken for the first 2.5 days, which made the house extremely hot and uncomfortable. We had planned to grill on our second night, but there was no propane tank for the grill, so we were unable to use it. A propane tank wasn’t brought until the following day, after our plans had already been affected. Additionally, there was no shower curtain liner in one of the bathrooms, some of the kitchenware was broken, there were broken decorations around the house, and the freezer drawers were cracked. To the host’s credit, they did replace the shower curtain liner, bring new kitchenware, and deliver the propane tank after we notified them. We appreciated that but it was too much."
