The dining room is ideally situated adjacent to the living room and kitchen and has a table with seating for up to 7 people. It offers direct access to the outdoor balcony to bring in the cool, coastal breezes. There is an awesome rooftop deck to take in the ocean and sunset views, and a private hot tub for you to fully zen out along with a BBQ for your use.

This place is a scam. Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had on Airbnb. Showed up and the hot tub and rooftop were a construction site. Description lied, this is a party / frat house with shared amenities. Owner showed up unannounced and turned the place into a construction site during our visit and refused to let us out of our agreement so we could salvage the rest of our trip. It would’ve been so simple to refund us the whole amount, but they kept us in the hook every day and lied. I spent 2 hours per day documenting issues and corresponding with management and it destroyed the quality of our trip entirely. There was construction on the roof and hot tub area every day with loud metal grinding. I would not trust this owner or rental company. They’re out to make a quick buck and are both basically just a scam." (2/5)

We were only informed a few hours before check-in that there may be “1–2 hours” of shingle work, after the trip was already fully planned and paid for, leaving no realistic ability to make alternate arrangements.

The actual impact was far worse than communicated. Construction started early Saturday morning, woke up the entire group, and workers remained on-site until around 6:30–7 PM. The rooftop — one of the property’s main selling points — was effectively turned into a construction site with tools, saws, boards, roofing materials, and workers occupying the space for much of the day.

The property itself was nice overall, but the disruption significantly impacted the experience. Future guests should strongly confirm any construction or maintenance disclosures directly with both the host and Airbnb beforehand" (2/5)
