 Enjoy pleasant walks through the quiet neighborhoods to local beaches, bars & restaurants or spend the evenings on the expansive decks watching the evening fireworks from Sea World, relaxing in the 8 person Jacuzzi at the end of a fun filled day of exploring all San Diego has to offer nearby.  

Outdoor activities must be restricted after 9pm due to the close proximity to other homes and in respect for our neighbors.  The views can still be enjoyed long into the evening from inside the house.

Main Floor Bedroom:  Queen Bed with ensuite bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower. Private entrance and outside patio seating
Upstairs 1st Guest Bedroom: Queen Bed. Private garden deck with ocean views
Upstairs 2nd Guest Bedroom:  2 Twin Beds. 
**The two upstairs guest bedrooms share a bathroom that is equipped with a Tub/Shower Combo** 
Master Bedroom:  King Bed with ensuite bathroom equipped with a 2 person walk-in shower, Expansive private deck with ocean, bay, city, sunrise and sunset views

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups.  Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties.  Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced.  

Outdoor activities must be restricted after 9pm due to the close proximity to other homes and in respect for our neighbors.  The views can still be enjoyed long into the evening from inside the house.
