The main level king master bedroom has a large wall-mounted flat screen TV and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. There is also a beach chic queen bedroom adjacent to the front entrance with its own ensuite bath with walk-in shower.

This home sleeps 4 comfortably in beds. There is a maximum of 6 people allowed in this condo. And of course, all beds and bathrooms are furnished with an ample supply of premiere linens to ensure your comfort.

The 2nd level showcases a beautiful great room with a living room area with beach chic furniture, a large flat-screen TV, and a peak ocean view. A dining area for 4, plus a kitchen bar with 3-high top stools, ensures that everyone can eat together inside.

So close to Windansea beach, La Jolla Village, La Jolla Shores, and even Pacific Beach to the south - and freeway access is pretty easy too.
The beautifully furnished inside and outside spaces have everything you need to experience true seaside living - even if you decide not to venture very far from “home”.
Beautiful beach walks and amazing sea life are just a short 1 block walk away. And it is very likely you will see some beautiful sunsets - or at least the ever-changing colors of the evening sky.

No smoking is allowed inside or outside this property - NO EXCEPTIONS!
This home sleeps 4 in beds.  Maximum occupancy is 6.
This home has air conditioning for your comfort! The private elevator is not available for guest use.  
Please also note that the elevator is not accessible by anyone else - it's private access.   
This is a 4-condo complex in a shared building. This condo is on 2 floors, so please ensure everyone in your party can easily navigate the stairs.
For homes that allow pets there are certain rules that always apply.  Pets are never to be left alone in the homes uncrated if they are prone to check, bark or are not house broken.  If you plan on spending time away from your pets please find a doggy day care or crate your pet.  Any damage caused by your pet is not covered under your damage insurance.  You can call our office for recommendations or check the Welcome Book.  

Pet Fee:  $40/Night, $250/Wk or $300/Month (Per Pet).  This home has a 1 pet limit with a 30 lb. weight limit.
