Ocean Beach Loungin Large is just steps to the beach (and the iconic Dog Beach) and blocks away from the Ocean Beach Bike Path and Simley Lagoon. Ocean Beach is a half mile away, and major downtown San Diego attractions like Sea World are all within 10 miles!

This duplex is bright and airy with great natural lighting. Entertain guests with cable TV, or stream your favorite devices with the WIFI.

The first unit (OB Loungin 2) features one full bath, one half bath, and two bedrooms, the townhouse sleeps 5 guests. The rooms are relaxing with muted color schemes and great natural lighting. The Master Bedroom is located on the 1st floor and has a king size bed. The guest bedroom is located on the 3rd floor and has a full size bed and a bean bag that converts into a full size bed which can sleep one adult or 2 kids.

The other half of this duplex, Ocean Beach Loungin' #1, offers one full bath, one half bath, and three bedrooms which include 2 bedrooms downstairs, one with a queen bed and one with a bunk bed that has a twin over full and on the 3rd level you will find a king size bed and a bean bag that makes into a full size bed that can sleep 2 kids or 1 adult - the unit can sleep a total of 7 adults. Combined, the home can easily lodge 11 adult guests and four dogs for the perfect reunion!

There is a large balcony that overlooks a palm tree-lined strip with glimpses of the ocean. The space boasts all your entertaining essentials, including 2 bistro tables and 2 gas grills! Grab a quick burger before heading back to the beach, or toast to the sunset for romantic evenings. Outside, you will find a fully enclosed yard perfect for pets! 4 dogs are welcome with an additional nightly pet fee.

There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway and there is additional 24 hour street parking in front of the home.

The sand and the surf will always draw you outdoors. Spend afternoons riding bikes, building sandcastles, or catching up with a good book. The unit includes fun accessories including beach chairs, beach towels and beach umbrella! The Pacific Ocean is a hot spot for water sports like kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding, and Ocean Beach offers fantastic equipment rentals and tour guides.

When the sun has worn you out, refuel at the Gaslamp Quarter with family-friendly eateries and nightlife. Plan unbelievable family outings at SeaWorld, or head to Balboa Park where you'll discover tigers at the zoo, peruse famous museums, or shop until you drop! This small beach town is a favorite among locals who spend their days surfing, sunbathing around the pier, hanging out in their vintage VW vans, and strolling through the many surf shops, taco stands and antique malls. Ocean Beach has a throw-back groovy vibe of vintage SoCal, coupled with friendly locals and great dining

Nestled between the San Diego River and the hills of Point Loma, Ocean Beach is perfect for surfers to enjoy the waves created by jetties. The beach is also friendly for swimmers, sunbathers, even dogs too!

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:

No Smoking is allowed inside any of our properties. You are welcome to smoke in outside areas of the home.

This home is equipped with split units with AC and Heat.

We ask our guests to please respect the neighbors in surrounding homes. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced.

Pets are never to be left alone in the homes unattended unless crated. If you plan to spend time away from your pet please find a doggy daycare. You can call our office for recommendations.

Pet Fee for any guests bringing a pet: $40/Night

Ocean Beach lies in the San Diego International Airport flight path for some departing flights. No planes can depart after 11:30 pm or before 6:30 am.

Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with La Jolla Vacation Rentals.

All guests will receive an email with check-in instructions prior to their arrival. These will include access instructions and a keypad code to gain access to enter the home.
