Step right onto the beach or relax on the private terrace and take in the fresh ocean breeze and whitewater views. Experience the joy of La Jolla living.  Overlooking Nicholson Point, it is just a short walk to shopping and entertainment in the vibrant Village of La Jolla. The bright interior features an open concept layout with strong natural lighting from floor to ceiling windows.  

The unit has 2 bedrooms.  Guest bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed and there is a guest bathroom across the hall with a tub and walk-in shower.  The primary bedroom has a large King bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. 

Stroll up Coast Blvd just five minutes and you will be able to enjoy world class restaurants and shopping. La Jolla Village offers everything from casual to sophisticated choices. The Museum of Contemporary Art is just up the street too and there are many private galleries to peruse. If you'd like to venture a little further afield, visit the famous San Diego Zoo, the Birch Aquarium, the Wild Animal Park, Seaworld, Legoland, Torrey Pines Golf Course, Seaport Village and the Del Mar Racetrack.

No Smoking is allowed inside or outside of this property.  This is a smoke free property.  
This home has a maximum occupancy of 4 adults.  Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.  
This home is equipped with A/C.
1 Small Dog (under 25lbs.) may be allowed with prior approval from the Management and a nonrefundable pet fee has been paid ($300/month). 
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups.  Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties.  Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. 
Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with La Jolla Vacation Rentals.

Guests will receive an email with check-in instructions which will include access instructions and a keypad code for access into the home.

This unit is very walkable to shops, restaurants, grocery, beach and much more.

This unit has a monthly minimum.. Stays must be 31 days or more. 

This is a Non-Smoking Home (Inside and Out)

Early Check-In's and Late Check-Out's can be requested 1 week prior to check-in - But is not guaranteed - it is based on availability.  

Early check in is a $25/Hr fee from 12PM

Late Check out is a $25/Hr fee from 11AM - 2PM
