Noise from the construction can start as early as 7:00am due to local regulations - and normally lasts until around 3pm. Constructions is normally not going on during the weekend days or holidays. This 2-bedroom, 1.5 bath, 1500 sq. ft., 2-story casa is a great place for indoor/outdoor living as it features a large shared view harbor and city view patio with comfortable seating, an outside dining table, and a fire pit area with chairs + a grill! Enter this beautifully appointed nautical themed home and take 4 steps down the stairs where you will find a spacious, tastefully decorated great room featuring a large seating cluster, including an overstuffed chair where you can stretch out and simultaneously enjoy the flat screen TV and the views. To its left is a dining room with slider access to the harbor view patio, a dining table for 6, and a small settee where you can rest and enjoy the view for a different perspective.
