The Opera House is situated in a peaceful, affluent neighborhood of La Jolla.
The house is a 5 bedroom 3.5 bath home with a lovely spacious living room that overlooks both the tree lined street and into the back garden area.
From the Opera House you can walk to the beach at Windansea or take a 10 minute walk into Birdrock or Windansea to enjoy the many restaurants, bakeries and shops.

The living room has a large screen TV and lots of comfortable seating.
The floors are all hardwood throughout the home.
The primary bedroom has a King size bed, large screen TV and plenty of storage for clothes etc.
The ensuite bathroom features a bidet, with walk in shower.
The Guest bedroom has a Queen size bed, a view out into the street and lots of closet space.
The ensuite has a shower/tub combo.
The third bedroom has two single beds and a small half bath ensuite.  
You will find two more rooms at the back of house that has a full size bed and 2 twin beds and one full bath with walk-in shower.   
The kitchen is well stocked with all your cooking needs and is adjacent to the dining room that seats six.
Attached to the kitchen is the laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience.
The back garden has a lovely sitting area where you can enjoy your meals, cocktails or morning coffee.
The yard is fully enclosed and great for a small pet.
From the Opera House you can walk to the beach at Windansea or take a 10 minute walk into Birdrock or Windansea to enjoy the many restaurants, bakeries and shops.

This is a Non Smoking home.  No smoking allowed. 

This home has a maximum occupancy of 8. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.  
This home is pet friendly.
This home does not have a/c.  We do supply floor fans.  
For homes that allow pets there are certain rules that always apply.  Pets are never to be left alone in the homes uncrated. If you plan on spending time away from your pets please find a doggy day care or crate your pet.  You can call our office for recommendations or check the Welcome Book.  
There will be a $40/Night pet fee if brining a Pet. For longer stays you can inquire about our flat weekly and monthly rates.  
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups.  Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties.  Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced.  Quiet hours start at 9pm and end at 8am.

Early Check-In's and Late Check-Out's can be requested 1 week prior to check-in - But is not guaranteed - it is based on availability.  

Early check in is a $25/Hr fee from 12PM

Late Check out is a $25/Hr fee from 11AM - 2PM

Dining room, had only plastic chairs for the wood table and were very uncomfortable.  Since this was the only other seating inside the house, besides the living room couch, they could have upgraded these.  A few comfortable chairs in the living room would have been great too, to allow visiting with each other more enjoyable.  Overall the house is great for a large group. I love that it is an original in the neighborhood.  I LOVE old houses!  Nice peak of the ocean from the front window was lovely each morning." (10/5)
