The kitchen has a dining area with seating for 6 and all the kitchen accessories to cook a light summer meal or a Thanksgiving feast. The living room has a large screen, Smart TV, comfortable sleeper sofa and a sliding door that opens onto the back spacious patio. The entire cottage has brand new flooring throughout, ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living room, new paint and very comfy furniture. The master bedroom is very spacious with a King size bed, Smart TV and lots of closet space. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and closet space. The bathroom has a brand new walk in shower, vanity and tile work. The home features a large, private fenced in backyard with BBQ and conversation piece with seating for 4. As an added bonus there is parking for 2-3 cars on the property. With just a 2.5 block walk to the steps leading down to the famous Windansea Beach, this home is perfect for families, this relaxing retreat in only a short distance to La Jolla Shores, Sea World and UCSD.
