We are utilizing a noise monitoring software in this property called Minut. While Minut is not a recording device, it does monitor noise levels to ensure they remain at a level that is respectful to our neighbors and to alert us of fire alarms while guests are not present at the property.

The home is a few blocks from all major freeway on-ramps leading in and out of the city, and a two block stroll to the nearest public transportation  (Park and Market station of the Metropolitan Transit System, which hosts the Blue, Orange, and Green Lines). You'll be able to come and go as you please using the smart door locks and remote control to the parking garage.

They do disclose noise by saying the apartment is situated in the downtown area, so we expected city noise of course and knew it would be quite noisy. However, this was next level noise. Cars and motorbikes like I have never heard in any city…. Alllllll night long. Also, homeless people are to be expected living around this area, we understand that, but 3 of 4 nights we heard them yelling so loud, we even thought someone was standing inside the apartment. If you stay for the amenities like we did (washer and dryer) - be sure to take good quality earplugs. We are good sleepers, so thankfully the experience didn’t ruin our week. But some would definitely not cope." (8/5)

Be wary of the neighborhood. Wouldn’t really advise walking at night, unless with a group. 

We had a package delivered to the property at 6am and it was stolen from the time it was delivered to when we went to the front door to get it, less than 7 minutes. Asked for footage from the owner’s ring camera to file with my report and claim, and they were unwilling to provide it and wasn’t very helpful about it." (6/5)
