BEDROOMS

The upper home offers three bedrooms, including a spacious primary suite with a king bed, a queen bedroom on the main level, and a second queen bedroom upstairs with direct access to a private rooftop deck. The lower cottage features an additional Master bedroom with a king bed, a queen bedroom along with a comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room. Every bedroom includes a TV for added comfort.

BATHROOMS

Together, the homes offer 4 spa-inspired bathrooms filled with natural light. The primary ensuite includes a tub/shower combination, while the additional bathrooms feature spacious walk-in showers, providing plenty of room for everyone to refresh after a day at the beach.

• One small pet is OK with permission and $150 + tax. No parties or events. 14-guest maximum including children. As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.
• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
