Upon check in, we were told the last guests broke the window treatments and they would be fixed "tomorrow." We swiftly learned that was a white lie--after meeting the owner's local manager (not from NXT, the rental manager) . Shades were down our entire stay, which was awful. The AC does not cool the house--or even one bedroom, properly. The amenities are not luxury (soap, shampoo, kitchen things like measuring cups non-existent). We had other problems with broken systems in the house. I have requested a payment back,. House is nice. Location is unbeatable. Owners need to step up the service and amenities and maintenance."
