You are a mere 1/2 mile from the water! Just a short drive to the beaches, parks and attractions of downtown La Jolla, The Village, The Shores, Windansea, Bird Rock, Torrey Pines and beyond. There is also convenient access to the I-5 freeway, connecting you to many great San Diego attractions within 10-20 minutes (Petco Park, Seaworld, The San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Old Town, Little Italy, The Gaslamp, Legoland, etc.)

• 7 night minimum stay. 
• Guests must be 30 years of age to book. 
• Driveway parking is available for guests, with additional access to the garage on the left side of the property. However, the two garage spaces are narrow and not suitable for larger vehicles or SUVs.
• Kindly note there is no access to the wine cellar. 
• Pets, smoking and events/parties are not permitted. 
• Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax 
• Pool Heat Fee: Pool heating is available for $150/day in summer (June–August) and $250/day in winter (September–May). The target temperature is 83°F, though slight fluctuations may occur due to weather conditions. Fees are non-refundable once heating is activated.
• The vines on the home have been removed.
• Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. There are cameras in the garage in addition to the pool and entrance. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras. 
• As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID.  Your comfort and security are important to us.
• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
